Reconditioned transfer case in 4.9 Suzuki Santana 410

Transfer case refurbishment with installation of 4.9:1 low-range gears for Suzuki Santana 410 4WDs (post-1986 models with 4x4 position switch near the lever).

Work time: 15 days after receiving your part.

An extra charge may be added in case of broken aluminum casings or gears.

Delivered without oil.

3-month warranty: provide an installation invoice from a professional guaranteeing the correct oil filling.

Steps:

• Order the reconditioned Suzuki Santana Samurai transfer case on our website.
• Remove the transfer case from your vehicle.

It is not necessary to send us the transfer lever.
It is also not necessary to send us the handbrake assembly for models equipped with it (not included in the reconditioning of the transfer case). The case must be drained and clean on the outside.

• Send it to our workshop with parcel tracking.

Masterforest is not responsible for any damage occurring during shipment of your transfer case to our workshop. We therefore recommend that you protect it properly (padding, cardboard).

• Receipt of your transfer case at our premises.
• Refurbishment of your transfer case by our workshop team.
• Return shipment within 15 days after receipt, to the delivery address indicated when ordering.

Required transfer case oil: 80W90, reference UNIL04

Quantity, manufacturer recommendation: 0.8 L
