You wish to purchase accessories, spare parts or equipment for your Suzuki or Santana 4WD ? We give you the choice between multiple means of payment.

Debit card secured payment

This is the method of payment allowing the fastest processing of your order. The debit is secured once a debit authorization for your card has been obtained from the national payment centres. The debit card we accept are CB (ATM card), e-Carte Bleue (virtual debit card), Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Visa electron. For your security, your banking data are encrypted (SSL protocol): they are neither known nor identifiable and they are not stored after the transaction.

We use the secured payment system supplied by the Banque Populaire Val de Loire, which supplies reliable solutions for e-commerce and online payment..

In order to confirm your purchase by debit card, please check with your bank that you’re not exceeding your monthly credit limit, or that you don’t have a credit limit.

Payment in 2-3-4 interest-free installments with ALMA

Thanks to Alma, we offer you the possibility to pay in 2, 3, or 4 installments using your credit or debit card. For orders between €100 and €5,000, you can pay for your Suzuki and Santana 4x4 equipment in 2, 3, or 4 monthly payments. The first installment is processed at the time of purchase, with subsequent payments collected in the following months.

Terms and Conditions

This offer is exclusively available to individuals (legal adults) holding a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card with an expiration date later than the chosen financing duration.

Note: Systematic authorization cards (such as Electron, Maestro, Nickel, etc.), as well as e-cards and Indigo cards, are not accepted.

Alma General Terms & Conditions

Alma's credit service is offered for the settlement of purchases and payment execution, provided that the person purchasing the good or service through Alma (the "Buyer") accepts the installment or deferred payment agreement.

  • Fees: Fees may be charged by Alma.

  • Approval: Any refusal by Alma to grant installment or deferred payment may result in the cancellation of the purchase contract (T&Cs), unless the Buyer agrees to pay for the purchase in full immediately.

  • Termination: In the event of the termination of the purchase T&Cs, the installment or deferred payment agreement will be automatically terminated.

  • Right of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from the installment or deferred payment solution used for your purchase, the purchase T&Cs will be automatically terminated, unless you settle the full amount of your purchase via Alma. If the product has already been shipped, you must return it within the maximum period specified in these T&Cs.

Payment by cheque

You can send us a cheque in order to pay for your Masterforest order. You have a two-week period to send the cheque.

Choose payment by cheque while ordering. Your order will be "pending" awaiting your cheque and a recap email with sending instructions will be sent to you.

The cheque should be sent with your order number on the back. We only accept the cheques written in French and in euros. A cheque that is not received in the two-week period following the validation of your order on the website will lead to the "pending"order’s cancellation.

The cheque will be cashed in 48 hours maximum and we let our banking establishment undertake the necessary solvency checks before accepting your payment. This process can last up to 7 work days. We will process your order after these verification.

Payement by bank transfer

This method of payment saves you from the troubles that once can meet when sending payment by postal service. However, it takes longer to process than payment by debit card.

At the validation of your order, you will receive an email with the necessary bank details needed to make your transfer. Please note that after a bank transfer, we leave our bank 48 to 72 hours to validate said transfer. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is received.

Payment by Paypal

Paypal is another secured method of payment. This online payment service is protected via your paypal account. We wait until your payment has been received before processing your order.
