THE PRODUCT YOU’VE ORDERED DOESN’T SUIT YOU?

You have 30 days (from the receipt or collection of your package) to do the return process. After this period, any package returned to us will be automatically refused. Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

The spare parts must be returned in their original intact state and packaging. In case of non-compliance, the sum to refund may be reduced.

If the returned products are in conformity with the return rules, we will proceed to refund you or give you an online credit note (available in the “my credit notes” section of your customer area). The credit note is valid for one year from the date of its creation.
